1. Services

I provide bespoke, one-to-one treatments as described on this website. I reserve the right to amend or withdraw services at any time. Every effort is made to ensure that treatment descriptions are accurate, but I reserve the right to adapt treatments to suit your individual needs or health requirements.

2. Booking & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to my Cancellation Policy and Late Arrival Policy:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

• No-shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, with the full fee still applicable.

• You agree that any outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before a new appointment can be booked.

3. Medical & Health Disclosure

Your safety is my priority. It is your responsibility to:

• Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries during your consultation.

• Update me on any changes to your health or medication before subsequent treatments.

• I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I believe a condition makes the service unsafe for you or if a medical contraindication is present.

4. Right to Refuse Service

I strive to provide a calm and restorative environment. I reserve the right to refuse service or ask a client to leave if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, aggressive, or compromises the safety and well-being of the practitioner or the business environment.

5. Gift Vouchers

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment.

• Vouchers are valid until the expiry date noted; expired vouchers will not be honoured.

6. Limitation of Liability

While I take every precaution to provide a safe and professional service:

• The Hyde Retreat is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

• I am not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments if relevant health information was withheld during the consultation.

• My total liability to you for any claim arising from a treatment shall not exceed the price paid for that specific treatment.
