Completely. Any medical or contact information you share is stored securely and used only to ensure your treatment is safe and effective. I never share your data with third parties.

Absolutely! They make wonderful gifts. You can purchase them for a specific treatment or a set amount. Online vouchers will be launching soon. In the meantime, vouchers can be arranged directly with me. You’re welcome to purchase one during your visit, or simply get in touch and I can organise everything for you. Payment can be made via a secure payment link sent to your phone. Vouchers can then be collected from the café at Headlands, or posted to you for a small additional charge.

Just mention your voucher when booking and bring it with you to your appointment. Vouchers can be used for any treatment of equal or lesser value.

Yes! If you’d like a more expensive treatment than what is listed on your voucher, you can simply "top up" by paying the difference on the day.

Yes, please check the expiry date printed on your voucher. To ensure fairness to the business, I am unable to accept vouchers after they have expired.

I understand that life happens! You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% treatment fee applies. For "no-shows," the full 100% treatment cost will be charged.

As a small, one-to-one business, each time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Short-notice cancellations are difficult to fill, and these fees allow me to continue offering the calm, bespoke experience my clients love.

Parking is available at Headlands Farm. After arriving, follow the signs past the main car park towards the lodges. At the end of the gravel path you’ll find parking close to The Hyde. Full directions will also be sent to you before your appointment.

Headlands Farm has several facilities you may wish to enjoy before or after your visit to The Hyde. There is a welcoming & delicious café on site, a fitness studio, padel court, fishing lakes, and wellness area. You can also meet some of the friendly animals that live here. Headlands also has 6 luxury lodges available if you’d like to extend your visit and stay at Headlands.
