Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans change, and I always aim to be flexible wherever possible. However, because every appointment is reserved especially for you, short-notice cancellations often mean a space cannot be filled.
To protect this small, one-to-one business and ensure a calm experience for everyone, the following fees apply:
More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
No-shows: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
These fees ensure I can continue to provide the quiet, restorative, and bespoke treatments you expect. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Arrival Policy
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so you can enjoy the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive late, I may need to shorten your session to avoid impacting following clients. The full treatment price will still apply.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
Vouchers are the perfect gift for someone special, and we want you to feel confident when redeeming them:
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date.
Vouchers can be redeemed for any treatment of equal or lesser value.
If you’d like to change your treatment, you can top up the difference for a higher-value experience.
